ALERT: City warming centers open this Monday through Friday during regular business hours (01/26/2026)
Extreme winter weather with dangerously low temperatures, and wind chills below zero is expected throughout this week. Dearborn warming centers will be available at the Police Department, The Center, and the Centennial and Bryant Libraries from Monday, Jan. 26 through Friday, Jan. 30.
The Department of Public Works is repairing a water main break at 25000 Michigan Ave, between Cambridge and Woodcroft streets. The westbound lanes of Michigan Ave will be closed for repairs. Please avoid this area while crews are working, and review the following water use instructions once service is restored.
