Important Update on 2026 Property Assessment Notices
The City of Dearborn has identified a processing error affecting the 2026 property assessment notices that were recently mailed.
As a result, a corrected assessment notice will be sent to property owners. The new assessments have been mailed and are expected in mailboxes later this week. Additionally, the March Board of Reviews will be moved to March 23-27, 2026.
