Dearborn's Snow Emergency is still in effect today, Jan. 22, 2026, as City road crews continue street clearing and salting operations. To ensure effective snow removal, any vehicles not moved are subject to ticketing by the Police Department.

 

ALERT (01/21/2026)

The City of Dearborn has declared a Snow Emergency, effective Wednesday, January 21, 2026.

To ensure effective snow removal, all vehicles must be removed from city streets by 12 p.m. (noon) today. Vehicles not moved by this time are subject to ticketing by the Dearborn Police Department.

Emergency sirens were sounded at 9:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. to remind residents to relocate their vehicles from residential streets.
