As of 11:30 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 29, 2025, all City phone lines and the chatbot service are operational.

Due to an issue caused by AT&T, internal City of Dearborn phone lines, including 311, are temporarily unavailable. The chatbot service on the City's website is also unavailable at this time. 911 is NOT impacted by this outage.
The City is working with AT&T to resolve this issue and resume service as quickly as possible.
