BS&A Sign Up and Log In
Please register for a BS&A account and log in to request services through the platform.
To create an account:
- - Click "Currently Not Signed In" on the top right side of the page.
- - Select "Register" from the drop down menu.
- - Sign Up!
Link BS&A Account to Submit Permits
Before you can submit any permits in the BS&A system, your account must be linked to the City of Dearborn.
Email: DBNInspections@dearborn.gov to request staff assistance to link your account.
Updated Permit Process
To provide more modern services to customers, the City of Dearborn is now using BS&A software to process, update, and approve many City Department permits. Permits can now be submitted, paid for, and obtained online. Economic Development Building & Trade permit inspections can now be scheduled online.
